Job Summary:
The trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Motor Vehicle Engineering. The ideal candidates will possess both technical expertise and a passion for teaching, with the ability to mentor and develop skills in aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Motor Vehicle Engineering.
• Develop and implement lesson plans in line with industry and curriculum standards.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a conducive learning environment and promote hands-on practical experience.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Motor Vehicle Engineering (relevant qualification).
• Diploma in Education.
• Accreditation with Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong instructional and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to engage students effectively.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical expertise in the relevant discipline.
