Job Summary:
A skilled and experienced Cook is required to independently prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, vegetarian meals, and roti. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Indian cuisine and the ability to work without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently prepare a range of Indian dishes, including curries, vegetarian meals, and traditional bread such as roti.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently and work without direct supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in cooking Indian cuisine.
• Proven ability to work independently in a kitchen environment.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food standards.
