Job Summary:
This position involves training local staff in fancy polish cuts, implementing quality control standards, and ensuring production output meets established specifications. The Trainer will play a critical role in improving productivity and mentoring polishers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train local staff on all fancy polish cuts.
• Implement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality controls.
• Assess production output and ensure it meets required standards.
• Take corrective actions for quality control measures to maintain polish standards.
• Check polish parameters to ensure product specifications are met.
• Maximize value outcomes on polished diamonds through training.
• Instruct and train polishers to achieve significant productivity improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• BGCSE or JC certification; candidates must be highly numerate.
• 5–8 years of experience in rough-to-polish processes for all fancy shapes and cuts (e.g., Hearts, Cushion, Marquise, Emerald, Pear, Brilliant, Oval, Princess, Radiant).
• 2–3 years of experience in a Trainer/Supervisory role within Fancy Full Diamond Polish.
• Experience in polishing all fancy modified shapes and recuts.
• Strong understanding of basic quality control principles.
• Effective trainer management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
