Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef specializing in Chinese traditional food, with a focus on Chinese cuisine preparation and occupational skills testing. The ideal candidate will possess extensive culinary experience and hold the necessary qualifications to manage a kitchen focused on authentic Chinese cooking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook traditional Chinese dishes in accordance with established recipes and techniques.
• Manage kitchen operations, including overseeing staff, inventory, and food safety.
• Develop and refine menu offerings that align with Chinese culinary traditions.
• Conduct skill testing and training for other kitchen staff.
• Ensure the high quality and presentation of all dishes.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualification in learning plan for Chinese traditional food.
• Certificate in occupational skill testing on Chinese cuisine.
• At least 15 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Knowledge of various Chinese cooking methods and styles.

Skills:

• Proficiency in traditional Chinese cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
