Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced professionals to join a road construction and maintenance project. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in civil engineering, road asset management, quality assurance, materials engineering, and construction site operations.

Open Positions:

1. Road Asset Manager / Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and manage the Forward Work Programme.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk analysis.
• Resolve disputes and conflicts within the project.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or related field.
• Valid ERB practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 8 years in road construction and asset management.

2. Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage project resources and ensure efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering.
• ERB registration and Professional Practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 10 years as a Site Engineer, with 7+ years in road construction.

3. Materials Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct material quality testing and compliance checks.
• Maintain records of material tests and approvals.
• Select appropriate materials for road construction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid ERB practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years in bituminous paved roads and construction materials testing.

4. Measurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate measurement and quantification of materials.
• Prepare cost estimates and project reports.
• Verify compliance with specifications and standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
• Valid ERB practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years in bituminous paved roads and road works.
