Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to nurture long-term relationships with clients and support credit card sales. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and promoting relevant financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable credit card solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Analyze client portfolios to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Provide regular insights and feedback to management on client preferences, industry trends, and areas for service improvement.
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within credit card sales or retail banking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DSA operations and credit card industry standards.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
