Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential clients, and promoting credit card products through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers from provided leads to promote and sell credit card products.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application processes to potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Record all customer interactions, leads, and conversions accurately in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on interested leads and build a strong pipeline for future sales.
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, data protection guidelines, and compliance regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the financial services or credit card sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with UAE banking practices and credit card products.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Quick learner with a positive and energetic attitude.
