Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies within our credit card DSA (Direct Sales Agent) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales practices, conducting audits, and promoting a strong compliance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review DSA activities to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company standards.
- Conduct periodic audits of sales processes, documentation, and customer interactions.
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Deliver compliance training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to the DSA team.
- Liaise with legal and regulatory authorities to ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed compliance audit reports to senior management.
- Implement compliance frameworks to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks.
- Ensure adherence to data protection laws in all customer data handling and storage activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements related to credit cards and DSA operations.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and financial compliance frameworks.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and auditing skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance protocols.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management tools.
