Job Description:
We are excited to announce a Graduate Development Programme aimed at highly motivated, ambitious graduates seeking to build a career in the financial services industry. This structured 24-month programme provides hands-on exposure, professional training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities across multiple banking disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured rotations across key banking departments.
• Gain exposure to financial products, risk management, and customer solutions.
• Develop leadership, technical, and business acumen skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2.1 (Upper Second Class) or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate studies or professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage.
