Job Description
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project documents, calculating costs, and preparing competitive tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project documents and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Liaise with procurement and engineering teams.
- Ensure cost accuracy and competitiveness.
- Support bid strategies and negotiations.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years general experience, with 5 years in a similar role.
- Registration with ERB or QRSC essential.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation and tender procedures.
