Main Duty:
To ensure that all contractual aspects of a project are managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project closure and handover.
• Manage Project Managers, Site Agents, and their teams.
• Set objectives with site teams and ensure their execution.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and manage any financial discrepancies.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Plan workforce needs and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Apply principles for monitoring and controlling construction activities.
• Maintain detailed records of contracts, including amendments and communications.
• Handle disputes or conflicts during the project and facilitate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Execute any other reasonable assignments as required.

• Strong Communication and Report Writing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or related field.
• Valid ERB practicing certificate.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in civil engineering, with 5 years related to road works as a Contracts Manager.
