Main Duty:
To ensure accurate measurements and quantification of construction materials and work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and quantify materials and work performed for proper billing and cost estimation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on accurate measurements.
• Maintain precise records of measurements and calculations.
• Verify that measurements and quantities meet required specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure accuracy.
• Address discrepancies in measurements and quantities.
• Execute any other reasonable assignments as required.

• Project Management, Problem-Solving, and Analytical Skills.
• Strong Communication and Report Writing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Valid ERB practicing certificate.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in bituminous paved roadways and road works construction.
