Job Summary:
The Trainer – Diamond Planner will develop and manage production schedules, train staff on planning processes, and ensure outputs align with established quality standards. This role is key to optimizing productivity and mentoring planners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed production schedules for diamond planning.
  • Train local staff on diamond planning pipeline processes.
  • Provide training on Sarin Machine, Sarin Advisor, Yehuda, Stress Machines, and Fluorescence Machines.
  • Monitor and assess production outputs against required standards.
  • Review and analyze diamond planning production performance.
  • Mentor and train planners to achieve significant productivity improvements.


Required Qualifications:

  • BGCSE or JC certification; candidates must be highly numerate.
  • 5–8 years of experience in rough diamond planning.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Trainer/Supervisory role within diamond planning.
  • Experience in planning all sizes and types of rough diamonds.
  • Strong understanding of basic quality control principles.
  • Effective trainer management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
