Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to compliance. This role ensures a supportive and compliant work environment, driving engagement and development for optimal production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Process monthly payroll.
  • Handle discipline, grievances, and labor disputes.
  • Oversee expatriate employee immigration permits.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance.
  • Update and manage employee records in systems/databases.
  • Prepare HR reports for management and stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
