Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Specialist who is proficient in team management, operations, and logistics. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with extensive travel across the SADC region, including living and working in remote areas. Expertise in renewable energy solutions and prefabricated power rooms is essential, along with fluency in at least three African languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage renewable energy projects across various remote locations.
• Lead and manage teams in project operations, ensuring efficiency and success.
• Oversee logistics for the transportation and setup of prefabricated power rooms.
• Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to ensure project alignment with community needs.
• Provide innovative solutions to challenges in remote and off-grid locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in renewable energy solutions and prefabricated power rooms.
• Proficiency in team management, operations, and logistics.
• Fluency in at least three African languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or degree in renewable energy, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience working in remote areas and challenging environments.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to diverse settings.
• Effective communication skills to work across multilingual and multicultural environments.
