Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our Stakeholder Management & Business Development team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong client relationships through effective promotions, activations, and member engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales strategy, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve profitability, revenue growth, and account penetration within assigned territories
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and presentations tailored to various audiences
• Organize and implement sales activations at designated locations to drive awareness and engagement
• Promote and coordinate the efficient sale of the Fund’s products and services
• Execute marketing campaigns and member acquisition plans
• Facilitate the collection and updating of Know Your Customer (KYC) information from members and stakeholders
• Deliver member education and product awareness sessions across diverse venues
• Foster strong relationships to enhance member retention
• Provide general member servicing and ensure efficient onboarding of new members
• Implement targeted sales strategies and use sales tracking tools to monitor performance
• Compile sales reports including pipeline analysis, customer insights, performance metrics, and sales forecasts

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Management, or a related field

Relevant Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role
• Experience in customer-facing environments with a strong track record in achieving sales targets

Skills:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns/activations
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales performance tools and CRM software
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in financial services or stakeholder management sectors
• Knowledge of customer education strategies and retention practices
